I served this at our Oscars Party and I'm making it again tonight because I wanted 2nds and there was none. :)  I omitted the beans and green chilies because I was out. It will still be so yummy. Can't wait for dinner! Enjoy!

Pizza Bites

4 oz cream cheese

2 eggs

1/4 cup Parmesan or Romano

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

3/4 tsp baking powder

8 ounces shredded mozzarella or any other cheese or combo

4 ounces chopped pepperoni

Preheat oven to 375.

Mix all ingredients and pour evenly into greased muffin pan.

Bake 20 min. or until the tops are browned. Serve with pizza sauce.

You may choose any kind of meat or veggies to add to these also.  I added some sharp

cheddar to mine and they came out great!

***My next batch I want to try ricotta cheese instead

of the Cream Cheese to add more protein. I'll post and update when I do try it to see if they

taste the same. This version was amazing!
