Erinn's Smokin Salsa

erinn’s salsa
1 Large Can Whole Tomatoes
2 cans rotel
2 whole japalenos
1/2 onion
1/2 orange bell pepper
5 splashes of Mesquite liquid smoke
1/2 tsp Chipotle Chili pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 bunch of cilantro
Juice of 2 limes
2 garlic cloves
Combine all ingredients in the blinder except one can of rotel and cilantro, blend all together in a blender, pour in a large bowl. Add rotel and cilantro and blend, then pour with the rest of salsa mixture and stir well. Makes about 3 to 4 jars full of salsa.
