Cream Corn

I made this up the other night and the kids didn’t even notice that it has a little jalapeno juice to it. :) Sorry I don’t have real specific way to make it.  I just can’t help it that’s the way I cook. 

Cream Corn
Large size bag of frozen CORN
1/3 to 1/2 block of fat free CREAM CHEESE
About 3 TBSP of Cheddar Jalapeno Cream Cheese from HEB.
You can also add 1/3 of a Cup of any kind of CHEESE if you would like.
About 1-2 TBSP of Juice from Sliced Jalapeno Jar from fridge.
Or I sometimes use a small can of mild diced Green Chilies. 
Some half and half if you need it to be creamer.
Salt and Pepper to Season

Bake 350 for about 20 mins until bubbling.  
Microwave about 8+ mins.
