Creamy Artichoke Sauce

Tonight I made a white sauce for pasta. Which my kids love. I sautéed onion & garlic then added a can of artichokes & a can of far free cream of celery. Cooked it down for about 5-7 mins. Added a cup of fat free half & half, 1/2 block of far free cream cheese, about 1 cup of ramono cheese, salt & pepper. And then took the hand blinder to blind it all together. So yum! Kids have no idea there is artichokes in it. Hehe... Made gluten free pasta bc that's what I had & topped it with the sauce, chicken & for mine fresh spinach. ;)
